Let me start out by saying, I am not pregnant. My breast get so sore for about 3 weeks out of the month. They swell up to another cup size ( or two)and are so painful. I have " period bras" because they get so big and even double up so they won't move. My friends at times have asked if I had a boob job. I've been to the doctor and was told to take Pamprin.... Does anyone with the same issue have any lifestyle or diet tips to cope with the issue?
