What is your biggest fear about a baby on the way?

I am so looking forward to the day that I get a positive test but sometimes weird thoughts creep into my head about possible future problems. Just wondering if you ladies felt the same way at times. 👀

And living far away from my family!

I'm terrified that I'll have preeclampsia again and the baby will be born too early and have problems. Our last one was born at 30 weeks but luckily he was healthy, just very small. I also worry that I'll be as sick as I was last time  throughout the pregnancy.

Not being able to carry a pregnancy to term.  I had a MC in March and can't seem to get pregnant again. 😔
