First trimester symptoms

Priscilla • My name is Priscilla, I'm 20. I have a son name AJ he is 10 months and I have another one on the way.
Does anyone have severe dizziness in the first trimester?
I am to the point where I can't walk without someone helping me. I was dizzy with my first pregnancy but not to this extreme & it happened much later on in my pregnancy.
