Okay so I'm a virgin and not very sexually educated and this app helps with a lot but I was wondering if and why a girl bleeds after her first time of having sex??

What makes a woman bleed after her first time having sex is the tearing of the hymen.  The hymen is a thin membrane inside the vagina that is torn during intercourse. Medically, the presence of an intact hymen is what determines virginity, but some women are born without it, or may have torn it during some part of their life without having intercourse. That is normal. The amount of bleeding from this varies from woman to woman, but it shouldn't be excessive. It make feel like pressure and cramping when it tears, and usually there will be discomfort at first but usually goes away soon after.
