Vegan Diet Help!!
I feel so frustrated!! About a year ago I went vegan. 6 months before that, I got on a super health kick. Got a personal trainer who put me on a meal plan. I lost a lot of body fat and felt amazing. Once I went vegan it's like I took 5 steps back. I've gained all my weight back, plus more. I'm so angry with the way I look and how I feel.
I've followed the 30 bananas a day thing when I first started. I think that was my downfall. I lost all definition. I tried the raw til 4. Nothing. Now I just feel all blubbery and gross. I'm 25 years old, 5'7" and just now weighed myself at 152lbs.
I'd really like to hear from vegans who have been through this.
