Implantation Bleeding?

So yesterday i got quite drunk with my friend, but i can remember going to the toilet and wiping. I seen pinkish blood. This morning as early as 3am, i notice a little bit of pinkish blood again. Ive looked online and it says 6 to 12 days after conception; ive counted back and i was fertile like up to 12 days ago....

I have polycystic ovaries so i dont know how to react? Please comment if you have any suggestions...

Is this implantation bleeding or not...
