lower back tightening?
Has anyone experienced this. I've been having cramps, pressure and back pain off and on for a week (been to doctor twice) and sporadically have almost like a tightening spasm in my lower back. Lasts a few seconds and comes and goes. Wondering if anyone else experiencing this??
