How does anyone over-eat??

I can only eat small meals, otherwise the food seems to live in my esophagus forever, threatening to come back up. I no longer trust my burps....they could be more than air. 😰

Same, I can only eat small meals at a time. If I more than that I can't breathe, everything hurts and I have to walk around a bit. I miss eating normally!

Yeah my stomach has shrunk like from the beginning of pregnancy. Thats probably why Im still the same weight at 20weeks pregnant. But bump and baby are growing so thats good!
I used to eat so much before pregnancy and now I cant finish any of my meals.. Everyone thinks that is weird seeing me not finishing my plate.. For example I could eatI big whole pizza by myself(and no Im not fat, very thin) but now I can only eat 2-3slices 🤔😁

With this pregnancy I feel like my stomach has shrunk. If I get a meal I can eat one thing & im done. I'm plus size & have NEVER had this but I'm very thankful bcuz dr doesn't want me to gain weight if I can help it.

Same! I burp constantly and about 90% of the time, I can feel recently eaten food coming up to my throat. And I can't breathe if I eat too much either. Everything's getting too crowded in there!!
