It's incredibly annoying. But why on earth do they get like 20 x louder when they get on the phone!?!? My husband and father both do this! It's like use your normal speaking voice please. Other people in the room don't wanna hear you shouting, the iPhones you're both using are perfectly capable of sharing your voice with the other person. 🙄lol sorry. Silly rant. Haha!
