NIGHT SHIFT COMPLICATIONS

Does anyone have advice how you can balance school 8am-2pm and then work at night 11p-7a, with a work out schedule to lose weight. I really want to lose weight but I don't where to start or how to start if my sleeping pattern is messed by school and work and then how can I balance out eating without doing a meal before you go to sleep......IF ANYBODY HAVE ANY OPINIONS OR ADVICE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.....I KNOW YALL NURSES AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS KNOW A THING OR TWO BY WORKING 8-12 HR SHIFTS
