strong braxton hicks
The further on I get my braxton hicks are gettin a lot more stronger. This is my 4th baby. Wen I feel them they can be in the bottom of my back an hips. I had them badly last night an I have a bad cough so wen I cough I can feel my self open up an my boys head come down about.

I'm scared after my last VERY quick VERY complicated birth at unintentionally home birth with no health care I was already 3cm dialated wen it came to have my stretch in the morning before the late night drama
