sex precum condom

I just had sex 2 days ago. We used condoms both times. The first go around we started off without a condom but i made him put one on after like 20secs. He came with the condom on but im worried about those first 20secs what are the chances, if any, that some precum may have come out? Im worried and considering buying a plan b
