My son has been sleeping in his crib for 2 months but he has to be swaddled to sleep. I was told I need to start getting him to sleep without being swaddled because he almost can roll over and when he can he shouldn't be swaddled or he may suffocate. He is 4months old and I keep trying to get him to sleep without being swaddled but the second I lay hik down he tosses his arms and startles himself awake. How do I get him out of the habit of having to be swaddled? I'm exhausted and need my sleep
