Spotting in the beginning?

I'm wondering ladies who are having twins experienced IB or spotting in the first few weeks of pregnancy? I read somewhere it could indicate multiples when there is spotting or bleeding early on.

I'm 15 weeks with twins and I spotted from 9 weeks up until 11 weeks my dr told me my uterus was just stretching

I'm 10 weeks with twins and I've been spotting from 5weeks on. They told me it was from a hemorrhage on my uterus but they aren't worried about it.
