Alright ladies .. I'm getting a cold .. What do I do ?! FTM and I don't want my little one getting sick. I ebf and know that won't make him catch the cold but is there anything I can do to help him not catch it?! And what meds can I take to help me while breast feeding? May all be dumb questions I just want to do what I can to help us both
Update: asked my dr and she said only a saline nasal spray is advised because oral medication can dry up my milk- thankfully I haven't taken anything yet .. So, also I have been using hand sanitizer all day before I touched him and been leaving him in his swing a lot more (which is sad bc it's my last wk with him and I want to love on him as much as possible :( ) hopefully it'll only hang around the next couple days
