I had an unplanned ultrasound this morning. I'm currently 11 weeks 5 days and I woke up bleeding this morning. Everything looks fine with baby, we're measuring at 12 weeks 3 days and heart rate was at 169 but they said the placenta is closer than it should be to my cervix. Hopefully it will move up on its own as the pregnancy progresses. Has anyone else had this happen?
