Zombie mode

Am I the only one that goes into Zombie mode after eating? I ate two cheese enchiladas (not big at all) and feel overwhelmingly stuffed. I'm back from my lunch break and I've been gazing at the monitor for about 20 minutes and can't bring myself to work. I just feel stuck. Does this happen to anyone else? #23w3d
