Is it normal not to gain weight at 19 weeks pregnant?! I havent gain weight at all :/ and idk if thats good or bad?

Majority of pregnancies are not like this so to answer your question it's probably not the "normal". That isn't to say you aren't healthy and baby isn't healthy. It could be your normal. Best to run it by a doctor for professional advice. They may ask you to increase the calories with more yogurts or healthy carbohydrates to make sure babies getting everything he/she needs

I haven't gained any weight, I'll be 20 weeks on Wednesday and my belly is just now starting to show... I had an ultrasound last week and the doctor said baby is growing and is healthy he didn't show much concern about me not gaining weight.... Hope that helps.

I'm 19 weeks and 4 days. I have gained a little weight. But every woman is different. It depends on what you're eating in some cases. I already know what I'm having but the size of the baby doesn't matter. The baby will grow the same up until the third trimester.

20 weeks and still down weight. I lost 15 pounds at the beginner and stayed at that weight for 2 months. Just know I'm starting to see the scale slowly going up. I'm guessing from my recent increase in cravings I'm going to start gaining quickly.

I'm not as far along as you (16 weeks) but I haven't gained weight either. Baby is also growing at a normal rate...

I've only gained a single pound and I'll be 21 weeks on Thursday! Drs haven't said anything about it or seemed concerned at all, my baby is measuring a little small but they don't seem worried at all since he's on track developmentally
