My 5 year old does not listen for shit!

A while ago while having lunch, mac and cheese as he requested! He kept giggling and not sitting still I repeatedly asked him to stop playing, sit still, and eat. As usual he DID NOT LISTEN and ended up pushi g the bowl with mac and cheese all over the floor! My heart started racing so fast and I got and instant headache and I am just so angry . . . I am literally at my wits end! I feel like I am loosing my shit!

Advice please I really really need it!
