I've had my mirena since July 29th. I keep having occasional cramps but it's only been a month so I'm not concerned or bothered by that. What I'm actually really concerned about is my hair. I've heard that mirena can cause hair loss in some women. Recently in the shower I've noticed I'm having a lot more hair fall out than normal and I'm starting to get worried. My hair isn't visibly thinning but I don't want to wait and let it get the to that point. I'll probably call my dr soon but I just wanted to hear from other women. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it ever stop? Anyone know how to stop this?
