Using SoftCup to help those TTC..?
For those who are TTC, have you used SoftCup to help? And if so, how long did/do you keep it in for? I did it for the first time today and wasn't sure how long to keep it in. So I kept it in for just about the whole day. Could I have kept it in longer? Or was that too long?
