so stressed . need some advice

My baby is 3 weeks she will be a month tomorrow and ever since she was born she has been a fussy baby she cries a lot, has lots of Gases and she doesn't get enough sleep, the most she sleeps is 2 hours and she has periods where she cries 30 minutes straight for no reason not being hungry or anything. The formula she's on is Gerber good start Gentle but now she's on gerber soothe her pediatrician changed it because of her fussiness and gases etc . So now she's on the new formula and she's still the same she still is fussy doesn't get enough sleep her eyes are red of how tired she is but can't sleep because the pain of the gases and I seriously don't know what to do at this point. Is there any moms that is going thru this ? I need some words of encouragement. I'm so stressed and I hate seeing my baby in this pain that I can't take away.
