Starting to see a therapist...For the best!!!!

I'm on a priority list for my new Psychologist !!!Really can't wait to see her!!!!!Prior cause I have PTSD ...And by the way,how ya all feeling today????Had to see my doctor so very anxious in the wait room 😥😰😬But I'm glad Ive been trought it...my little victory of today!! Anyone here with PTSD and severe social anxiety.... We can chit chat sometimes ,maybe it could help us!!!I'm wide open to it!!!
