Just took my first 400mg of vitex I have hope it will help me, my husband and I (newlyweds) just started, this is our first cycle actually trying for our first baby since getting off of the nuvaring in July with 3 days of spotting, breakthrough for me since i never had periods before nuvaring..I'm adding this supplement vitex to prime my body with vitamins and nutrients along with prenatals and clean eating...so maybe we'll get sprinkled with some baby dust, feel free to leave any tips or tricks on supplements or teas or was anyone else on nuvaring, how many mg worked etc.. thanks :)
