Anyone else on here heard of or use Advocare?
I LOVE it! It's completely changed my life! I lost 35lbs in three months.
I take the daily vitamins (mns) along with digest ease bc I suffer from crohns, colitis, and celiac so my GI tract is a mess. This helped me tremendously! I also take catalyst and thermoplus to help build lean muscle and to curb my appetite.
Plus I drink Spark! Which is a godsend for ANYONE. It replaced my coffee and soda habit. Gave me more energy, it's healthy, better mental focus and it's sugar free!
Being healthy and feeling good never seemed so easy!
