acid reflux SO BAD.

I've been having consistent contractions every 5 minutes for the past almost 3 hours and I have tried walking, drinking water & changing positions. I'm about to get in and take a hot shower but EVERYTIME I have a contraction my acid reflux is HORRIBLE. Is this normal? I am trying to do everything I can before I wake up my SO because he has to wake up for work in about 4 hours.
