what you you ladies do after sex to keep cum inside?

Hey ladies,

Need advice...what do you do to keep the sperm in because I will lay there for a while but later get up and freshen up after and cum will slightly come out. This cannot be good when trying to conceive.

Any advice on how long I should stay "down and in bed?"

No need to keep the liquid in. It's the seminal fluid, not the sperm that comes out anyway. The sperm are already up through your cervix and on their way.

I don't. I get up to pee and clean up. From everything I've read and my doc has said it doesn't matter the swimmers get on to their journey right away.  And as others have said Sperm is only part of the seminal fluid. What comes back out is the other stuff not the swimmers.

The sperm swims out of the semen very quickly after ejaculation and enters the cervical mucus and goes up into the cervix. It takes only a few moments to do this. So what is leaking out after that is just semen with no sperm left in it. So it doesn't matter if it leaks out. So just lay there a few minutes and that'll be enough.

Actually it's a proven fact that sperm reaches their destination before he even pulls out. So no need to 'keep it all in there' but if it makes you feel better to lay there for a little while elevate your hips with a pillow!
