The Pill

Has anyone else experienced negative side effects from taking the pill? I felt very sick all the time, especially after I took my pill every night. Because of this, I was never really hungry. In the year I was on it, I lost 40 pounds. My sex drive was non-existent. I recently stopped taking the pill because of these side effects. My appetite & sex drive have gone up, but I still feel sick to my stomach 4-5 days a week & I've yet to gain any weight. Any advice?
