Blurry Vision

Mommas!! Did any of you have problems with blurry vision while pregnant? Since I've been pregnant this has happened several times... It's not complete blurred vision, but it's like blurry patches in both eyes and it last for about 10 mins, I can't read text when it's happening, it makes the room spin and makes my head hurt for a long time after... It's starting to worry me. This is my second pregnancy.. 16 weeks..never had this before... Haven't felt the baby move yet either so I'm just worried to death about everything!
