super scared

I'm three days past my period and getting positive pregnancy tests but I still have slight bleeding and cramping. The blood is present when I wipe but not leaking. I don't want to lose my pregnancy. :( I have a doctor appointment scheduled in a few days. I'm praying this is just normal and everything will be okay.
