On 9/8/16 

I was at my now ex friend Samantha's house. My baby daddy asked where I was and I told him and he started talking crap about her well I messed up by telling her but than she told her bf and her bf had enough. The bf walked to my kids fathers house while I'm at Samantha's house my ex mother in law called me asking why some one was going to her house to fight her son. I questioned what she was even talking about because my ex best fiend didn't even tell me so I was as confused to why she's yelling at me when I didn't even know he was going down there she tells me to meet her at her house so we can talk about what happened. I show up at her house before her and when I show up the guy my kids father fought is walking out and I'm confused bc they just fought. So my friends bf asked me to take him to his friend kimmys house. So I go tell my kids father to tell his mom if I'm gone I was taking him home so he said no don't take him home my mom wants to know why he came down here to fight me. I'm like okay so I hand my son to my baby daddy's brother and he than handed my son to my sons dad. Mind you the boy my baby daddy fought is laying on the carport sweating bc it's 95 degrees and they just fought. So my baby daddy's parents show up his dad and mom jump out of the car the dad starts beating up the boy and the mom is kicking him in the face they stopped after a couple minutes than my ex mother in law comes up to me yelling at me saying I brought him to her house and this is my fault and what ever and I just keep backing up out of her face telling her not to hit me bc I'm 18 and she's a grown 40 year old woman so she tells me I can't have my son so I say you have got me fucked up and than she starts hitting me and beats me up and they take my son from me and yes the dad is on the birth certificate not the original and I talked to an attorney and she told me the birth certificate doesn't matter because if paternity hasn't been established through courts he has no rights and I tried to call the cops and got up there to pick my son up. Mind you my ex mother in law is saying I broke her foot when I didn't even lay a hand on her. She broke her food kicking the guy in the face.... But I saw her at the court house randomly and she had no cast no ace bandage and she was wearing sneakers.... Any ways I filed emergency pick up for my son and the judge denied it twice even though she fought me directly Infront of my son. So she referred the motion to a general magistrate and I'm waiting for a hearing date? Does any one know if the father of my son has to be there for this hearing? How long it will talk to get the date for my hearing or what might happened if some one has gone through what I'm going through (something similar)? I'm not asking for legal advice just regular advice of anyone who knows how this will work?
