heart broken

Came in for my 3rd ultrasound and I'm supposed to be 7 weeks and 5 days...I was a little nervous cuz the past 3 days I've been feeling light, I didn't have any symptoms and appetite at all and I have energy to cook (i normally don't cuz of fatigue) But I didn't worry, just a little suspicious... turns out today we didn't see a heartbeat. So heartbroken! I don't know how I'm going to handle this but I'm glad it hasn't really sinkin yet that I'm pregnant knowing Im going through the same thing. My doctor wanted me to come back next for another ultrasound if I didn't bleed yet, just to make sure but I'm so heartbroken 💔
