Since the 4m sleep regression my baby it's waking up 4/5 times at night for comfort. Everytime she wakes up I give her the paci and she goes back to sleep, around 3/4 she wakes up and doesn't go back to sleep till we take her to our bed. I don't know what else to do... For those that did cry it out, how long do you wait when they wake up at night? She is 6.5m has bed time routine, goes to bad around 7:30 and is up at 6am... Help please!!! 😭😭😩
