My feet now after a few hours in bed do ypu think they look too swollen?

Heat outside plays a huge roll in this....but I have a little stationary paddle bike and when my feet swell I paddle for 30 min to get the blood flowing and swelling goes down... if you have access to a swimming pool that helps as well....I go to the gym just for the pool now and it helps, even if I just walk back and forth....

Try lying on your bed with your feet up on the wall

Mine look like that most days. Starting taking a bath with a little Epsom salt and propping my legs. It's helped.

I would prop them up on pillows, which means you back should probably be propped up too (to avoid laying flat)
Try and sleep like that, if i were you i would see if they are still swollen in the morning if so call ob! Try and stay hydrated and prop feet up through out the day of you can and limit your salt intake. Compression socks are great too but make sure they are a good fit and put on in the morning when feet/legs aren't swollen
