Help can i be pregnant

I had what i think is a period but a odd one. It was brown then pink then brown no clots like usely. My boobs tingle i want lemon amd spicey food all the time. My moith is extra most. And i have heart birn could i just thought it was a period but had implanted. I have back pain and little cramping
