did any of you have extreme bleeding after birth?

Tell me more; what happened? 
I mean extreme bleeding right after birth still in hospital.. Did it stop by itself or with help of medication?

I hemorrhaged and had to have two blood transfusions if that's what you mean. It was pretty awful. Didn't enjoy almost dying.

I had extreme bleeding and ended up having an infection in my uterus. It was like I was literally peeing blood. The pads they gave me where done after an hr. I waited a few days after getting out of the hospital cause I thought it was normal. I got so weak and almost had to have a blood transfusion.

So...this is probably tmi...after I had my daughter, I was bleeding and I went to change my bad and a huge glob came out I started freaking out it was the size of an orange but dr said it was normal 😳

Bled pretty bad for 24 hours after but a normal bad. If your concerned always call the doc or nurses.
