Periods suck...

Sorry for the anon post (I'm v paranoid lol)

So gutted as AF arrived today, any hints for dealing with the disappointment? Just feel so sad! I've only been trying a few months but since I had my coil removed in Jan my periods have been so irregular it just makes it extra stressful as I have to take OPKs etc all the time to work out where I am in my cycle!! Those of you who have tried for a couple of years, I have so much respect for your patience!!
