Clotting still

So this may possibly be the most tmi post ive ever made but I just wanted some other opinions. I am 5 weeks pp, and this giant thing came out of me when I sneezed, I went to my doctor and she said everything is fine but I really dont believe im supposed to still have clots this huge a month after giving birth. Im not having any pains or anything and everything seems normal other than this. Anyone else having this prob or am I just paranoid? Lol
