Clomid/ help please

First let me start by telling u a little about my situation, this is my first time on Clomid, I finished the 5 days of pills while on my period. I had horrible side effects and thought I was going crazy on this! Now I am on cycle day 14, and plan on not taking Clomid again after the experience with the side effects, and am having a lot of clear/white discharge, I thought the Clomid was supposed to dry you up? My question is, Is this normal? Does this mean I am ovulating? Or it didn't work? Thanks for any answers!
