TMI bumps inside my vag 😒😔

So I have these bumps inside my vagina!!! I can feel them when I finger myself and my bf can too!! They are small and hard and it freaks me out! I have been diagnosed with hpv (high risk)a while ago but my paps have been normal.... Could I have warts now?? In freaking out and feel so gross 😪
