anyone else?

Is there anyone else who gets recurring yeast infections? It seems like whenever I'm consistently sexually active they creep back and I don't know what I can do to keep them under control. I wear panty liners and change them frequently, I always pee after sex, we use condoms, I make him wash before he fingers me, I try to let my lady bits breathe and always stay clean. I don't know what else I can do to help. I would love any advice or tips you ladies have. Thank you.
