a little bit worried 🙁

I had a 16 weeks dr's apt on monday and today my dr's office called me and said that dr wants to see me for some lab results that came in. I was supposed to have an ultra sound on oct 3 for the babys anatomy but they said they will cancel that because we would need some other kind of ultrasound:( i asked the nurse that called me if everything was ok and she said yea but dr wil explain everything better. I am a little scared and stressed about what it could be. 🙁 anyone has had this happen to them or in the same situation?
