ovarian cysts

I have my doctors appointment on the 22nd for my cystand was curious if anyone had any insight on the matter. It's big enough to get it taken out but what are the risks? Leave it or get it removed? I'm at a stand still, I was pregnant three types before with out knowing why I was miscarriaging. I have a little bit of a hard time processing it for fear if I don't get it taken out I won't be able to have children, or does this type of thing fall along the lines of "when the right time comes" Looking for some piece at mind.
