what to put in a care package?

So a friend of mine at work is 24 weeks pregnant and just found out her baby has a spinal defect. She is going to a hospital about 4 hours away for more testing and possibly will need in-uterine surgery, if that's the case, she'll be in the hospital for 4 weeks after that and will need to remain in that area for the rest of her pregnancy. Which means 4 hours away from her husband and 5 year old for several more weeks.
