16 week ultrasound wrong ??
i had a private ultrasound at 16 weeks and 2 days. Firstly no other clinic would take me in before 18 weeks. i found this clinic online and it has just opened in July. they took me in and then i met the only tech they had on my ultrasound. the ultrasound was suppose to be for 10 min only but it became an ultrasound for 45 min. i asked her how long she has been in the field and she said 6 months. 30 min into the ultrasound and she said i cannot take a shot as baby is crossed legs and not cooperating. while she was doing the ultrasound i saw the side of baby and i saw 2 lines. i asked her if she wants me to come back in another two weeks but she wanted me to wait. then she said "don't buy anything based on this ultrasound".. !!
finally she was able to see "something"... i asked her how accurate is her confirmation and she said its 80%.
i had requested to put everything in envelope to take home to open with my other kids and husband. i did and it turned out to be a BOY.. !! which i still don't believe.
Is it possible for her to be wrong??? she gave multiple statements and now i think i do not know if i should believe her. she kept on asking me what do i think it is which is weird.
