Tips on breech?!

Anyone have any tips on trying to make a breech baby turn head down? :( I'm 32wks and he's is butt down. I'm nervous about ending up having a c-section

30 weeks here and my baby moved head up and my dr said she won't start to be concerned until around 34-35 weeks they still have room to flip around!!!:)

Talk to your doctor about external cephalic version - it's a way a qualified practitioner can try to turn the baby from the outside.

90% of breech babies will turn by themselves before you go into labor. No need to be worried until 36-38 weeks and even then baby can still turn. I turned the day before I was born. If you're that worried ask your doctor I'm sure they have things you can try.

Acupuncture. Im a acupuncturist, I do it all the time. Google it. Its safe and painless. If u r a ftm I would go In to get acupuncture around 34wk. If u wait too long , baby gets too big to turn. Good luck

I'm in the same boat. Having websters technique done by a chiropractor tomorrow. I've also been doing inversions and cat/cow pose to try to open up space for him to move. Hoping he moves soon and stays there... It's giving me lots of anxiety. I had a really great natural birth with my first and really want to avoid csection. I'm also looking into hypnobirthing track "turn baby turn".

My doctor had me basically stand on my head and put my butt in the air ( kinda like doggie style but with head lower. I'd prop up on pillows) letting gravity move the baby... id do it several times a day and it worked for me this pregnancy.  My first baby was breech also and the doctor had to turn her but I ended up with a csection for other complications during that pregnancy... this baby will be a VBAC.

If your baby is small, you can still deliver if you OB is ok with it. I delivered a breech baby vaginally with no complications...
