Dizzyness and almost fainting 13 weeks
This is the 2nd day I was at work on my feet and all of a sudden I got very dizzy and hot then felt nauseated so I ran into the bathroom to throw up and started seeing spots. After throwing up I felt better. My bp was 115/62 and blood sugar 81. I had just ate maybe 40 minutes before this happened too.. should I be concerned or this just the joys of pregnancy?
