8 weeks and no morning sickness!

I am right around 8 weeks and my morning ans all day sickness has pretty much gone away. I actually woke up this morning and felt good and was on time for work! Is there anything wrong? Have any others had thieves quit suddenly? I have a Drs appointment today with an ultrasound and I could not be more nervous!!
