Help! Braxton Hicks or real contractions?

I have shooting pain like cramps in my butt and belly. Is this Braxton hicks or real contractions?

Real contractions will continue and get painful... you'll know!  You may just be dehydrated so drink lots of cold water.  A warm bath or shower can help too.

Omg I've had this sit put your feet up, drink fluids and if you have 4 or more call your Dr. If they don't answer call your local Er. I just saw the Dr. Yesterday n this was his advice to me, I'm due 11/21/16
