bummed.

I had my 12 week checkup yesterday - I'm 13w. My husband and I were so looking forward to seeing our little baby on the screen! My doctor had told us to pass on the defect scans if we would 100% keep the baby anyway. So we passed -- I didn't know that meant we wouldn't get to see our baby at all 😢 He did use the Doppler to hear the heart beat, but darn I wanted a visual. 2 more weeks until our 3d4d appointment to find out the gender. Time to wait again.
